D.O.R.Ć.O.L.

Authentic and an extremely inspirational part of Belgrade, in the heart of the city and the oldest part of the capital are common ground, that will be highlighted in the series Dorcol. Several extra activities, will also come out of this great project.
Like every big city in the world there is a part which is distinguishable and denotable and the same goes for Dorcol’s history, spirit and emotion which deserves recognition and presentation.
With the intention to offer a contribution to the preservation and advancement in the significance, spirit and appearance of Dorcol, prompted the initiative to establish a “Charity association for the preservation of Dorcol”.
The association will not take anyone in favor, because this would be contrary to the Dorcol spirit. It should serve as a directory for the mutual dedication in the preservation of the spiritual and cultural significance of Dorcol.
The documentary series dedicated to Dorcol will consist of 12 episodes and will draw attention to the notable characters of Dorcol, its residents, events and their fate. The story for the series was written by historian Milan St. Protic, and will be directed by Ivica Vidanovic.
